We offer a 14-day return policy on unworn wigs in original packaging. This includes all sale and discounted items – every wig is covered. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Eligibility
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Return shipping is covered by the buyer unless the item is defective or we made an error
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection. Shipping availability and charges depend on the destination and service selected. Please see our Shipping Policy for the applicable rates. Express shipping and return shipping costs, if any, are not refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
